CUSTOM ORDER
Thermoplastic hoses and flex lances are available in
custom lengths or with special end fitting combinations or
covers. Common lengths and configurations are available
on the two preceding pages.
• Constructed of plastic core reinforced with high
tensile steel wire and enclosed in a tough, flexible
thermoplastic jacket
• Smooth plastic core minimizes pressure loss and offers
the maximum resistance to damage caused by aging,
moisture absorption, and changing environmental factors
• See pages D-13 – D-15 for pressure drop graphs

Abrasion Cover
(Cover Option Code: 1)
Constructed of clear PVC and reinforced with
a rigid spiral coil, the Abrasion Cover protects
the hose from external damage caused by
vibration or movement along rough or
uneven surfaces.
Burst Shield Cover
(Cover Option Code: 2)
Constructed of steel wire reinforced heavyduty
synthetic rubber, the Burst Shield Cover
protects the user from hose failure while
preventing external damage to hose.
