FORMAT:
The President and The First .Lady are met at
the bottom of the stairs by Charge Ronald
Goddard and Ambassador Fernando Taboda,
Argentinge National Ceremonial Director.

There will be a 21-gun salute as The
President, The First Lady and Secretary
Albright will be escorted to the official
welcoming committee headed by Argentine
President Carlos Menem.
President Menem will escort The President,
The First Lady and Secretary Albright to
a platform.
The Argentine National Anthem will be played
followed by the U.S. National Anthem.
Following the Anthems, The President and
President Menem will briefly review a
regiment of 80 Argentine troops.
Following the troop review, The President,
The First Lady and Secretary Albright
depart the platform and are escorted to
the motorcade.
