The performance begins.<br />

Performance resumes.<br />

Immediately following the final selection,<br />

The President and The First Lady will proceed<br />

backstage.<br />

There will be an on stage announcement of<br />

The President by Leonard Slatkin, Conductor,<br />

National Symphony Orchestra.<br />

The President proceeds to the stage to<br />

conduct an encore performance of "Stars<br />

and Stripes Forever".<br />

Upon conclusion of the encore, The First Lady<br />

presents Mr. Slatkin with a bouquet of<br />

flowers.
