Wie kann man <strong>Hepatitis</strong> B therapieren<br />
Für die akute <strong>Hepatitis</strong> B gibt es keine<br />
medikamentöse Therapie. In diesem Fall<br />
ist der Patient auf die körpereigene Immunabwehr<br />
angewiesen.<br />
Die chronische <strong>Hepatitis</strong> B wird je nach<br />
Krankheitsverlauf mit Tabletten oder<br />
Injektionen behandelt.<br />
Bei schwacher Verlaufsform wird vorerst<br />
nicht therapiert, der Patient muss aber<br />
regelmäßig zur Kontrolluntersuchung.<br />
Bei aggressiver Verlaufsform muss unbedingt<br />
behandelt werden, um Folgeschäden<br />
der Leber zu vermeiden bzw. zu<br />
reduzieren.<br />
Für einen Therapieerfolg ist es besonders<br />
wichtig, dass der Patient die vom Arzt<br />
verordneten Medikamente regelmäßig<br />
und gewissenhaft einnimmt und den Anordnungen<br />
vom Arzt Folge leistet.<br />

oboljenja liječi tabletama ili injekcijama.<br />

kontrolni pregled.<br />
Kod agresivnog oblika<br />
toka oboljenja liječenje<br />
je obavezno kako bi se<br />
izbjegla odnosno umanjila<br />
posljedična oštećenja jetre.<br />
Za uspjeh terapije posebno je važno, da<br />
pacijent redovno i savjesno uzima lijekove<br />
koje mu lekar prepiše te da se pridržava<br />
uputa lekara.<br />
