November 2001. The Conference was jointly
held by Department of Church External
Relations, Moscow Patriarchate, The Russian
Orthodox Church and the Institute of Far Eastern
Studies, the Russian Academy of Science; and
• Invited as a Visiting Scholar of the Institute of
Monumenta Serica, Sankt Augustin, Germany,
from 17 September to 12 October 2001 on a
research project funded by the Germany-Hong
Kong research scheme.
