1. The <strong>Lingnan</strong> <strong>University</strong> Bulletin is published by the Editorial Board for <strong>University</strong> Publications in<br />

September, November, January, March <strong>and</strong> May in each academic year. Its main purpose is to provide<br />

timely information of interest to staff, members <strong>and</strong> friends of the <strong>Lingnan</strong> community. It is intended for<br />

internal circulation only.<br />

2. Contributions should be typed in MS Word <strong>and</strong> sent to the Editorial Board for <strong>University</strong> Publications,<br />

c/o Public Affairs Office by email (kuenkuen) or by fax (2838 1601). Photographs can also be submitted<br />

in addition to contributions in words.<br />

3. The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject contributions at its discretion <strong>and</strong> to edit all articles for<br />

reasons of clarity, length, grammar, or suitability, without prior notice to their authors.<br />

4. Please note that events or activities launched or held before 31 December 2001 would not be included in<br />

the forthcoming issue. For other submission guidelines, style guide, or general enquiries, please contact<br />

the Public Affairs Office at Ext. 8963.<br />

5. The deadline for contributions for the next issue (Vol 6, No 4/Issue 27) is 10 February <strong>2002</strong>. Submissions<br />

received after this date may be used (if appropriate) in the succeeding issue.<br />
