1. The Lingnan University Bulletin is published by the Editorial Board for University Publications in
September, November, January, March and May in each academic year. Its main purpose is to provide
timely information of interest to staff, members and friends of the Lingnan community. It is intended for
internal circulation only.
2. Contributions should be typed in MS Word and sent to the Editorial Board for University Publications,
c/o Public Affairs Office by email (kuenkuen) or by fax (2838 1601). Photographs can also be submitted
in addition to contributions in words.
3. The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject contributions at its discretion and to edit all articles for
reasons of clarity, length, grammar, or suitability, without prior notice to their authors.
4. Please note that events or activities launched or held before 31 December 2001 would not be included in
the forthcoming issue. For other submission guidelines, style guide, or general enquiries, please contact
the Public Affairs Office at Ext. 8963.
5. The deadline for contributions for the next issue (Vol 6, No 4/Issue 27) is 10 February 2002. Submissions
received after this date may be used (if appropriate) in the succeeding issue.
