page 31 TORLESSE YEAR 10 Well proven NZ bred milling cultivar yielding 7% higher than Conquest. Monitor for septoria leaf blotch, stripe rust and fusarium head blight. This cultivar has a stiff straw but has a moderate to high sprouting risk. TRIBUTE YEAR 10 Canterbury bred white weetbix wheat. An intermediate maturity with stiff straw. Can suffer a physiological blotch similar to Regency. Moderately resistant to many diseases, but monitor for powdery mildew.
