Hip Hop
Learn the latest hip hop moves and dance to some of the latest hip hop artists.
Learn routines to perform for your family and friends at last class. Hip hop is
great exercise and encourages coordination and creativity.

Hula
Discover the various types of Hawaiian dance. Learn basic foot and hand motions,
and complete a choreographed dance. Please wear comfortable clothes.
Families welcome. Class is held every other week for total of 6 classes.

Kung Fu
This class will give your children the skills and confidence to deal with
self-defense situations effectively. Children will learn ‘KidSafe’ skills to deal
with abduction from an adult as well as ‘BullyProof’ skills to deal with assault
from other children. Experience martial arts in a positive, safe environment
taught by professional certified instructors. Uniform is available for $20 but not
required.

Olympics- Sports Day Camp
The Summer Olympics are being held in London this year! This camp will
involve a wide range of Olympic and Field day activities. From track and field
events to potato sack races to make your own obstacle course- check out this
camp if you want to try your hand at the ‘Longview Olympic Games’!

Soccer Co-ed Camp
Soccer skills are introduced and reviewed throughout camp and games are
played to cover all aspects of soccer. Camp is open to boys and girls.
Participants will be grouped to accommodate age and skill level. Bring a water
bottle if the weather is warm.

Tennis Lessons
Lessons will emphasize the fundamentals of the basic strokes and footwork.
We will cover forehand, backhand, serve, & volley. Lessons wil help develop
hand-eye coordination, and improve muscle coordination. For beginners, the
simplicity of the strokes we teach will give you ball control and the ability to
play immediately.
