Waugh—joined Mike Useem, William and Jacalyn Egan Professor, professor of Management, and director, Center for Leadership and Change Management and other top Wharton faculty in a roundtable discussion of leadership through innovation. Former dean Patrick T. Harker opened the event with an address on the value and integrity of a business degree and business leadership in the world. The event was open to Wharton’s global community via live webcast and included a forum for questions from the in-house and virtual audiences.
