A Multi-Generational Gift<br />
The Elrads take pride in their Wharton family ties. Both father<br />
and son—Martin and Michael—attended the School. Wharton<br />
was also the meeting place for Michael and his future wife,<br />
Becky Margolin. This Wharton connection has continued after<br />
graduation, as Michael says, “the entire family networks with<br />
other Wharton graduates.” Through a newly established<br />
scholarship, the Elrads have renewed their ties to the School.<br />
The Elrad Family Endowed Scholarship—a “multigenerational<br />
gift”—is this family’s way of saying “thank you” to<br />
Wharton. They hope that their scholarship will “help Wharton<br />
continue to have a more diverse student population.”<br />
Moreover, the Elrads aim to inspire other Wharton families to<br />
make similar gifts to the School.<br />
