NORTH WARREN REGIONAL JUNE 7, 2011 Page 6 of 7 BOARD OF EDUCATION EXECUTIVE SESSION Motion by Mr. Cook Seconded by Mr. Woznicki WHEREAS, Section 7 of the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231 P.L. 1975 (R.S. 10:4-13), permits the exclusion of the public from a meeting or portion of a meeting of this public body in certain circumstances, and WHEREAS, the Board must consider matters involving personnel matter which could constitute an unwarranted invasion of privacy; THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Board adjourns to a closed session at 10 p.m. to discuss the above-mentioned matters. Matters discussed may or may not be made public this evening. Action, if necessary, will be taken following reentry into a regular session. Motion carried. Return Regular Session Motion by Mr. Cook Seconded by Mr. Woznicki The Board returned to a regular session at 10:30 p.m. Motion carried by unanimous voice vote. Discussion: Mr. Melchor spoke to the Board about changes in staff placements. Mr. Hanelt asked for a To Do List update.
