Kolon Life Science, Inc was established on January 2006, merging the active pharmaceutical
ingredients department and specialty chemicals department of Kolon Industries Co., Ltd. and
Kolon Chemicals Co., Ltd. into TissueGene Asia, a bio-venture company.
As a specialty biochemical company, Kolon Life Science, Inc. is aiming to be the leader in the
life science industry and is dedicated in becoming the pioneer of research and discovery in life
science.
