development days for
your staff
How can the Ashmolean education team
support your school
A practical art workshop, learning to
look at paintings, a session using objects
to piece together the past or a workshop
to inspire storytelling: these are just
some of the museum-based sessions we
can develop for you.
We can design, develop and deliver
whole-school or other professional
development courses on a variety of
subjects to meet your specific needs.
Cost: There may be a charge for this
service depending on what you would
like to do.
Group size: we suggest a maximum of
20 people for standard training days or
15 people for practical art workshops.
Booking essential: Requests must be
made at least 3 months in advance.
Pre-visit planning

We are happy to meet you to discuss
your needs and requirements. We offer
practical and creative advice to help you
to plan a successful visit.
