New experimental data on inclusive cross sections <strong>of</strong> jet production in pp collisions at<br />
the LHC obtained by the CMS, ATLAS and ALICE Collaborations are analyzed in the<br />
framework <strong>of</strong> z-scaling. Results are compared with data on spectra <strong>of</strong> jet production in<br />
¯pp collisions obtained by the CDF and D0 Collaborations at the Tevatron. Inclusive jet<br />
transverse momentum distributions in pp collisions measured by the STAR Collaboration<br />
at RHIC are compared with data on jet spectra obtained in the fixed target experiments<br />
at the FNAL. It is shown that self-similar features <strong>of</strong> jet cross sections manifested by<br />
the z-scaling give strong restriction on the scaling function ψ(z) at high z. Energy and<br />
angular independence and asymptotic behavior <strong>of</strong> ψ(z) are discussed. We conclude that<br />
theobtained results confirm self-similarity <strong>of</strong>jet production, fractality <strong>of</strong>hadronstructure<br />
and locality <strong>of</strong> constituent interactions at small scales.<br />
