LOBACHEVSKY GEOMETRY TRUE SENSE AND ”LOBACHEVSKY<br />
GENERAL EDUCATION” URGENCY IN HIGH ENERGY PHYSICS<br />

”Lobachevsky geometry true sense ...”, about which Henry Poincaré wrote century<br />
earlier 1 , consists in that it is an internal 2 (i.e. natural) geometry <strong>of</strong> the known<br />
Lobachevsky velocity space (LVS) which is a base <strong>for</strong> phase space (PS) <strong>of</strong> high energy<br />
physics (HEP). As the internal geometry it conserves all symmetries <strong>of</strong> particles’<br />
mutual trans<strong>for</strong>mations, as well known so as unknown ones being searched else. The PS<br />
pseudo-Euclidean representation used commonly in HEP breaks contrarily all symmetries<br />
beside the simplest ones. That is why an extraction physically meaningful in<strong>for</strong>mation<br />
from especially valuable multiparticle data without usage <strong>of</strong> all LVS symmetries<br />
in HEP (the most expensive fundamental science) hardly exceeds 3-5%. With (technically<br />
caused) incompleteness <strong>of</strong> these data it doesn’t permit to reconstruct statistically<br />
in LVS all evolution footprints <strong>of</strong> particles in their interactions. The lust is a unique<br />
possible way <strong>for</strong> ”exploring complexity” and interaction law <strong>of</strong> particles (according to Ilya<br />
Prigogine 3 ). That is why now sharper than semicentury ago 4 stands in HEP a large<br />
In<strong>for</strong>mational–educational problem. It consist <strong>of</strong> ”non-Euclidean in<strong>for</strong>mation” scientific<br />
community about Lobachevsky geometry as the theory <strong>of</strong> HEP L-invariants −<br />
true physical quantities and ”Lobachevsky general education”, i.e. mass teaching<br />
HEP physicists in domains: Lobachevsky L-group <strong>of</strong> motions and symmetries in the<br />
Lobachevsky velocity space (LVS) L 3 , the internal Lobachevsky–Euclidean geometry<br />
L 3<br />
⊗ m <strong>of</strong> HEP experimental results, LVS method and Lobachevsky invariant (factually<br />
absolute) multidimensional statistic in L 3 . The necessity, problems and different aspects<br />
<strong>of</strong>thisgeneraleducationasscientific–educational part<strong>of</strong>theProject”Lobachevskyvelocity<br />
space in high energy physics” (LoVeHEP) was told by me at four MCE (Mathematics.<br />
Computer. Education) International conferences (2004–2012) and at many ISHEPP seminars<br />
in Dubna 5 . The aim <strong>of</strong> this Project is the mass usage <strong>of</strong> Lobachevsky geometry as<br />
the HEP physicists’ main working tool <strong>for</strong> magnification <strong>of</strong> HEP in<strong>for</strong>mational output by<br />
1–1.5 degree which would help to justify all HEP multimilliard $$ cost.<br />
