5.8.3 On May 29, 2013, the Board of Education received a
request from Tara Garcia Mathewson requesting ‘how much the
district has spent since February responding to the Virtual
Learning Solutions charter school application and appeal.
5.8.4 On May 29, 2013, the Board of Education received a
request from Eric Schelkopf requesting 1) copy of the BHS Social-
Emotional Survey students took in April and 2) copy of the
remediation that was authorized by the Board of Education
regarding John Dryden.
5.8.5 On May 29, 2013, the Board of Education received a
request from Susan Sarkauskas requesting a copy of the letter of
remediation issued to BHS teacher John Dryden on May 28,
2013.
5.8.6 On June 3, 2013, the Board of Education received a
request from Eric Schelkopf requesting a copy of John Dryden’s
reply to the Notice of Remedy.
5.8.7 On June 4, 2013, the Board of Education received a request
from Patti Lopuszanski regarding Mid-Valley Special Education
Cooperative hiring, tuition and personnel reimbursement.
5.8.8 On June 4, 2013, the Board of Education received a request
from Patti Lopuszanski requesting various details regarding the
Social-Emotional survey given to the BHS student in April of
2013.
5.8.9 On June 6, 2013, the Board of Education received a
request from Alexa Aguilar requesting a copy of 1) the letter of
remedy issued to John Dryden and 2) any associated documents.
5.8.10 On June 7, 2013, the Board of Education received a
request from Courtney Bell requesting 1) billing from Illinois
Central to the School District for the month of March to April; and
2) the ‘min. miles of 85” from the contract.
