5.13 Juniper Support Agreement Renewal
I recommend Board of Education approval to renew the threeyear
Juniper Switch Maintenance and Support Agreement from
GET+netrix, LLC, in the amount of $53,555.04.
5.14 Microsoft Volume License Agreement
I recommend the Board of Education approve the purchase of the
Microsoft Volume License Program through CDW-G in the amount
of $43,819.20
5.15 Division Coordinator Benefit Book
I recommend the Board of Education approve the updates to the
Division Coordinator Benefit Book to take effect July 1, 2013.
5.16 Policy 2:260 – Uniform Grievance Procedures
I recommend the Board of Education approve the revisions to
Policy 2:260 Uniform Grievance Procedure, updating the District
Complaint Managers and Nondiscrimination Coordinator.
5.17 Flexible Spending Programs
6. FOR ACTION
I recommend the Board of Education authorize the administration
to approve the Flexible Spending Programs with Employee
Benefits Corporation as presented.
6.1 My Payment Network License Agreement
I recommend Board of Education approval to enter into a
licensing agreement with My Payment Network, Inc. to share
20% of net revenue in exchange for intellectual property
(computer code) owned by the District, pending satisfactory
review from the Board’s attorney.
