Recruiting for Full-Time Open Positions<br />

During the reporting time frame, three (3) positions were posted, and one (1) was filled.<br />

The chart at the end of this section has details about the: position(s); interviewees for the<br />

position(s); referral sources for the interviewees; and names of hires.<br />

All positions during this reporting period were forwarded to the <strong>Disney</strong> Media Networks<br />

Human Resources department, which posted the job listings on <strong>Disney</strong>Careers.com.<br />

A position of Promotions Coordinator was opened 09/26/12 and was filled 11/05/12.<br />

Notice of this job vacancy was posted on <strong>Disney</strong>careers.com, Monster.com, in an Ad in<br />

The Miami Herald on 1 /21/12, and distributed to station’s local recruitment contact list<br />

(Attachment A). Eight (8) candidates were interviewed for this position.<br />

Two positions for Account Executive were opened on 09/13/13 and we are currently<br />

interviewing for the positions. Notice of this job vacancy was posted on<br />

<strong>Disney</strong>careers.com, and distributed to station’s local recruitment contact list (Attachment<br />

A). An advertisement will be placed in the Miami Herald and www.hispanicad.com as<br />

well.<br />
