The Station seeks to regularly assess and improve recruitment methods and
sources by analyzing their individual effectiveness and making changes as appropriate.
On September 26, 2013, Station Manager, Kathleen Maitino and Promotions
Manager, Casey McClean conducted an information forum at Emerson College’s Career
Services Center. Twenty-one students attended and participated in a question and answer
session, following a video presentation on working with Radio Disney. Information was
also disseminated on careers in broadcasting overall and current job postings were
distributed.
In addition, we added several organizations and colleges for inclusion in our job
posting outreach (see Attachments A and B).
