REPAIR/RECTIFICATION OF DEFECTS AND DEFICIENCIES
Annex-I
The Concessionaire shall repair and rectify the defects and deficiencies specified in
this Annex-I of Schedule-K within the time limit set forth herein

(a) Carriageway and paved shoulders
(i) Breach or blockade - Temporary restoration of

(b) Hard/earth shoulders, side slopes, drains and culverts
(i) Variation by more than 2% in - 30 days
