REPAIR/RECTIFICATION OF DEFECTS AND DEFICIENCIES<br />
Annex-I<br />
The Concessionaire shall repair and rectify the defects and deficiencies specified in<br />
this Annex-I of Schedule-K within the time limit set forth herein<br />

ROADS<br />
(a) Carriageway and paved shoulders<br />
(i) Breach or blockade - Temporary restoration of<br />
Traffic within 24 hours; permanent<br />
restoration within 15 days<br />
(ii) Roughness value exceeding 3000 - 180 days<br />

(viii) Raveling/Stripping of bitumen - 15 days<br />

(ix) Damage to pavement edges - 15 days<br />

(x) Removal of debris - 6 hours<br />
(b) Hard/earth shoulders, side slopes, drains and culverts<br />
(i) Variation by more than 2% in - 30 days<br />
prescribed slope of camber/cross fall<br />
(ii) Edge drop at shoulders exceeding - 7 days<br />
