Ayes: Nays: Mrs. Gleason, Mr. Turner, Mr. Browne, Mr. Kirkton, Ms. Stearns None Dr. Mendenhall presented item 8.9 – Delta Day School Teacher. Mrs. Gleason moved to approve item 8.9. Mr. Browne seconded the motion. Mrs. Gleason noted out of $84,000 more than half is covered by stimulus money. Mr. Browne applauded the administration for creating the Delta Day Program to help students who come in after 10‐day enrollment. Mr. Browne also asked parents to be sure their children are enrolled in school and start school on the first official day of school. Mr. Browne seconded the motion. Mrs. Gleason thanked Mr. O’Malley and the JFA for their hard work to complete this process. Mr. O’Malley thanked all members of the JFA negotiating committee and the district negotiating committee and stated if our financial/economic situation were different, this agreement could have been completed earlier.
