IS NO SCHOOL
The YMCA offers day camps for children
when school is not in session, excluding
major holidays. Participants are not
required to attend a regular SACC
program, however completed SACC
registration forms must be received
seven (7) days prior to attendance.
Registration for School Days Out (SDO) are
processed in the order received - space
is limited. Discount rates are offered as
a courtesy to current SACC participants
and YMCA family memberships. PRE-
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED seven (7)
days prior to the day of camp. Payment
in full is due upon registration (minimum
of 10 participants required). SACC SDO
locations are contracted with DCF for Third
Party payments.
School day out Daily camp Fees:
Regular SACC Participant (in addition to regular
fees, no pro-rating will apply) $5 per child
District Teachers or
YMCA Member:
$15 per child
Community Participant: $20 per child
$5 school
day out
YMCA day camps for holidays
and in-service days are $5.

Please pull out this center section and complete
the forms to enroll your child in any YMCA SACC or
School Day Out program.
A completed packet is required for each child before
they can be enrolled in SACC or School Day Out.
Faxed/mailed packets will not be accepted. Items
in this guide must be personally delivered to any
Greater Wichita YMCA location and a one-time $30
enrollment fee paid to begin the enrollment process.
Additional copies of the enrollment guide are
available at any area YMCA or by visiting
www.ymcawichita.org.
IMPORTANT: A completed enrollment packet
must be received at a YMCA location seven (7)
days prior to each child’s first day of a SACC or
School Day Out program. Retain a copy of your
completed enrollment packet for your records.
