Opinion
In our opinion the financial statements:
• give a true and fair view, in
accordance with UK Generally
Accepted Accounting Practice, of
the state of the group’s and charity’s
affairs as at 31 December 2009
and of the group’s and charity’s
incoming resources and application
of resources for the year then
ended; and
• have been properly prepared in
accordance with the Charities Act
1993 and the International Planned
Parenthood Federation Act 1977.
