All tangible fixed assets are held for charity use.<br />
Freehold property relates to land and buildings held in Kuala Lumpur and London. The Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia property<br />
was valued at 30 September 2006 by Jones Lang Wootoon, external qualified valuers. The market value using the<br />
comparison method was RM7,800,000 ($2,236,777). The London, UK property was valued at 20 November 2006 by<br />
Atisreal, external qualified valuers. The market value using the comparison method was £4,275,000 ($6,187,079).<br />
The above note includes US$2,532 in respect of the trading Subsidiary, ICON (2008: US$3,662). This is excluded from<br />
the charity balance sheet on page 24.
