High PRODUCTIVITY SLOTTING SD-SP15 New T-Slot Cutters The new SD-SP15 family consists of interchangeable solid carbide T-slot milling heads and a cylindrical steel shank. The SD S-…SP15 cutters were developed for milling relatively narrow slots and grooves. SD-SP A unique splined shank is used to transmit the torque in the best way. It ensures very durable assembly to withstand high cutting forces during slot milling and bending forces caused by long reach overhang. The 32 mm T-slot heads are available in a 2 to 5 mm width range. The general-duty cutting geometry of the heads is suited for efficient slot milling on a wide range of materials. 156
