Indicates what kind of content is stored<br />

in the record. The wrapper can contain<br />

up to two records.<br />

PersonalInformation indicates a file<br />

containing PI as specified in<br />

<strong>CCIM</strong><strong>Submission</strong>PHI. Assessment<br />

indicates a file containing assessment<br />

data as specified by the corresponding<br />

assessment st<strong>and</strong>ard. The assessment<br />

file may or may not contain PI.<br />
