Corticosteroids have been shown to be teratogenic in animals following dermal application. As
excluded. Therefore Flucilone should not be used during pregnancy. Flucilone is contraindicated
in the treatment of herpes simplex, vaccinia or varicella. Long-term use is contraindicated
in patients with diabetes mellitus or tuberculosis. Flucilone should not be used on
infants and young children.
Warnings/Precautions
The use of gentamicin may result in overgrowth of nonsusceptible organisms including
fungi. If superinfection occurs during gentamicin therapy, the drug should be
discontinued and appropriate therapy instituted. The possibility of cumulative toxicity
should be considered if gentamicin is applied topically to large skin lesions or large
areas of denuded skin in combination with systemic aminoglycoside therapy.
Hypersensitive to the drug or any ingredients in the formulations.
Adverse Reactions
