GUIDELINE & POLICY UPDATE 11 th March 2013 The following list provides a summary of the guidelines that have recently been developed, reviewed or updated and approved for use by Alfred Health staff. It is the responsibility of management staff and department heads to ensure all staff are aware of these documents. Please make sure you are familiar with the contents of all those documents relevant to your work. Organisational Policies and Guidelines can now be viewed through the PROMPT system by clicking here. Alternatively you can click on the ‘Policies and Guidelines’ tab at the top left hand corner of the home page. The documents listed below replace ALL previous versions (including campus specific). ALL the documents are available on PROMPT– this is the only place to access the up-to-date documents. If you have a hardcopy policy/guideline manual, remove and destroy any out-dated documents, as necessary.
