• Express their initial perceptions of the<br />

community;<br />

• Identify elements common to all<br />

communities;<br />

• Identify and describe community needs<br />

and resources; and<br />

• Have fun!<br />

• Easel pad, markers, masking tape.<br />

Time Needed:<br />

30 minutes to one hour (time will vary depending<br />

on the size of your group, and<br />

how long you allow for discussion).<br />
