Join us as we throw the pigskin and relive the glory days. Games are played 4-on-4 and on a 60-yard filed. This is a non-contact league – unsportsmanlike conduct will result in the offending player being dismissed from the league. Games will be played on a rotating bases in both cities. Rainout line (303) 335-4998. 1. All registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. The full cost of the league must be paid at the time of registration. 2. Stop by the Louisville Recreation Center or call (303) 335-4909 to receive a league roster and registration form. Please include the complete mailing address on the registration form for the Team Manager. 3. A schedule will be given to the team manager one week prior to the start of the league. 4. A minimum of 5 teams are required to form a league and maximum of 8 teams are allowed. 5. Practice fields and facilities are not provided. 6. Alcohol is not permitted at any city sponsored sports event. 7. Resident fee is included in the team fee. Non- Residents player fee: $15.00. 8. This is an eight-week season. 9. Teams must provide all gear and jerseys. 10. Registration Deadline: August 21. 11. Teams must own their own matching jerseys with the number on the back for games. Please Read Before Registration The Louisville Recreation Center provides a variety of children’s enrichment programs designed to stimulate your child’s social, physical and cognitive skills. Programs are designed with specific age groups in mind to provide the best in program quality. Please make certain your child is the specified age required for a program by the first day of class. Children will be canceled from a class roster if they do not meet age requirements. Parents should not remain in the classroom unless otherwise noted. Siblings cannot remain in the classroom unless they are registered and meet age requirements. You may register for more than 1 session at a time. Refund Policy Classes cancelled for low enrollment will be given a full refund or credit. No refunds or credits for a cancellation made less than 7 days before the start of class. $5.00 service charge per class for check refunds. $5.00 service charge per class for household credits. Refunds over $20.00 can be processed as a check. Please call or read the special policies for specific cancellation policy for Building Blocks, Stepping Stones and Summer Adventure Day Camp. All children must be signed in and out of our programs by a parent or designated adult caregiver. Class maximums are determined to provide your child with the best possible teacher/student ratio. Read through your catalog carefully to choose the best options for your child/children. Choose alternative options in case your first choice is full. If a class is full, parents may add their child to the waiting list. Wait-listed children will be notified as spots become available. Note the specific times for the classes for which your children are registered. Children need to be dropped off and picked up at the specified class times. (You will be assigned a late fee if your child is not picked up by the designated time). Children should be appropriately dressed for play activities. “Play clothes” and close-toed shoes (sneakers) are ideal for our active enrichment programs. Paint shirts or smocks may be brought by parents for use during creative, hands-on activities. Youth Activities Twoodles (Age 2+ by 9/30/09) This is the ideal class for any 2 year old ready to explore on their own! The class offers a variety of materials and activities giving children an opportunity to assert their budding independence by making choices based on interest. Inherent in this setting is the opportunity to develop and practice social skills in a supportive and nurturing atmosphere. Circle time for stories, singing, dancing, and sharing enhance the fun and learning! Parents must remain in the facility during class, but not in the classroom.
