TT EPROMS, Power Modules & G-60 High<br />
Performance Components<br />
It took us a while to get into making EPROMs. We had tested various<br />
competitors' chips on the dyno and didn't really find much improvement<br />
in power. We purchased a super fast and accurate air/fuel ratio<br />
meter and found most of the chips were programmed way too rich.<br />
The timing was also over-advanced, particularly at high RPM. After<br />
finding this out we decided to give it a try.<br />
As far as we know we are the only people in the US that are using<br />
an engine dynamometer & chassis dynamometer to aid in our quest<br />
for the optimum chip. The result is a chip that provides better<br />
driveability, response, and better acceleration. We also raise the rev<br />
limit and speed limits. Emissions data is untouched. We also change<br />
part throttle maps so you will notice a difference even when you<br />
aren't at full throttle. In most cases fuel economy is also improved!<br />
A chip and TT exhaust is what we recommend for the 1st and most<br />
cost effective boost in performance.<br />
All GIAC performance software requires the car (or ECU) to be<br />
present for upgrading. There is no "chip in a box" to send like<br />
most <strong>Techtonics</strong> software upgrades. GIAC software for the<br />
2002 and newer can be flashed through the OBD port.<br />
There are camshaft versions available for most <strong>Techtonics</strong> and<br />
GIAC performance software. Call for availablily. Custom set rev<br />
limits available for most <strong>Techtonics</strong> software .<br />

driveability. This kit also includes knock sensor bushing and longer<br />
bolt. With reset ignition timing we are seeing about 4-5 hp grains.<br />
Will work in most Bosch and KEN ECU's. Will not run in cars with<br />
Digifant I (California models) and Digifant II Triumph-Adler (T/A) and<br />
Semmens ECU's.<br />
133 370 TT EPROM for GTI, GLI & PASSAT 16V 2.0L (1990-1992)<br />
Really wakes up the throttle response. Works with all control units<br />
except units starting with "893".<br />
133 371 TT FUEL ENRICHMENT MODULE for 1.8L SCIROCCO 16V<br />
We developed this module especially for the 1.8L 16V which tend<br />
to lean out at wide open throttle above 5000 RPM. Probably makes<br />
the most power per dollar of any modification you can do to a 1.8L<br />
16V. Only works at full throttle so has little effect on fuel mileage.<br />
133 372 TT FUEL ENRICHMENT MODULE for 1.8L GTI & GLI 16V<br />
Same as the Scirocco unit except has correct wire lengths for the<br />
GTI and GLI models.<br />
133 375 ALUMINUM KNOCK SENSOR BUSHING<br />
This aluminum bushing bolts between block and the knock sensor.<br />
Dampens engine noise to the knock sensor for smoother running<br />
engine and most cases more power. Longer bolt included. (not for G60)<br />
133 380 G60 68mm CHARGER PULLEY<br />
Hard anodized aluminum for long life.<br />
133 382 G60 71mm ALTERNATOR PULLEY<br />
Hard anodized aluminum for long life. When used with the 68mm<br />
charger pulley the standard length belt can be used.<br />
133 385 G60 ONE-WAY VALVE<br />
The one-way valve allows ISV to control idle speed without bleeding<br />
off boost.<br />
133 390 G60 KIT<br />
The kit includes smaller diameter supercharger pulley. Unlike other<br />
kits ours also includes a larger diameter alternator pulley. This<br />
means the standard drive belt still fits. Also included is our performance<br />
EPROM and one-way valve.<br />
133 400 G-LADER INNER TIMING BELT<br />
These won't last forever. Replace yours before it fails & ruins your<br />
supercharger.<br />
