from the pays d’Othe, trout, wine (Chablis, Irancy, Saint-Bris, and all the <strong>Bourgogne</strong><br />

appellations), ratafia liqueur, Crémant de <strong>Bourgogne</strong>, fruit liqueurs and eaux de vie.<br />
