It is important for investigating officer to separate fact from comment and personal perceptions. It may be appropriate to refer to appendices such as notes of meetings with employees, extracts from policies here. 5. Conclusion A summary statement of the report specifically detailing whether the alleged misconduct has been substantiated or not 6. Recommendations A list of recommendations should be included in the report for consideration by the commissioning manager.
