On 31 July 2010, the Company declared a special dividend to the then equity holder of the<br />
Company amounting to HK$406,505,000 (HK$14.89 per share), of which, HK$395,135,000 was<br />
settled through the reduction in an amount due from a related party.<br />
The final dividend proposed subsequent to the reporting period has not been recognised as a<br />
liability at the end of the reporting period and is subject to the approval of the Company’s<br />
shareholders at the forthcoming annual general meeting.
