The slim, smart plenum box combines:<br />
- Two-way Coanda effect air discharge nozzles<br />
- Perforated metal central air return<br />
- Built-in filter on air return<br />
A solution for private offices or open-plan office spaces<br />
when combined with a ductable system in a 'U'<br />
configuration.<br />
<strong>CO</strong>MMERCIAL USE<br />
The Coadis <strong>CO</strong>MBI can be installed in place of 600 x 600 or 675 x 675 suspended ceiling tiles.<br />
It covers a broad range of flow rates whilst maintaining the Coanda effect for excellent air diffusion.<br />
All maintenance on the filterless version (filter on AHU) is carried out from outside the office spaces.<br />
RANGE<br />
150 to 750 m 3 /h depending on the number of nozzles and models.<br />
270 or 320 mm thickness depending on the diameter of the spigots (200 or 250 mm) and the available space in the<br />
suspended ceiling.<br />
Sized for 600 x 600 mm or 675 x 675 mm tiles. Suitable for offices split into two or three zones.<br />

NOZZLES AND AIR DIFFUSION<br />
Induction zone<br />
The nozzles are aligned to generate<br />
many induction zones. The<br />
temperature at the end of each air<br />
stream is attained through a perfect<br />
blend of supply air and ambient air.<br />
The high induction rate of our nozzles<br />
(over 40%) makes it possible to obtain<br />
a temperature close to that of the<br />
room temperature.<br />
As the diffusion by Coanda effect<br />
takes over, it is possible to air<br />
condition while maintaining optimum<br />
comfort, notably there is no sensation<br />
of cold air flow in the occupied zone.<br />

SPECIFICATIONS<br />
- Discharge/return plenum boxes must be fitted with directional round nozzles. They shall allow the range of the air stream to be<br />
adjusted as well as obtain high flow rates and a high rate of primary induction at each nozzle outlet.<br />
- They shall be designed to ensure the right Coanda effect, even at a low rate of flow, in order to meet ISO 7730 comfort ratings.<br />
- They must be aerodynamic in design so as to save energy (the lowest possible necessary available pressure).<br />
- The performance specifications of each AHU shall be provided and guaranteed, taking account of the discharge/return plenum.<br />
- They must be insulated both thermally (to avoid condensation) and acoustically.<br />
- They shall diffuse air towards windows and interiors along the lengths of rooms. To avoid interaction with partition walls, air shall<br />
not be blown sideways. They will thus allow for installation in open-plan offices with no interaction between air streams.<br />
- They must be suitably designed to avoid any bypass between the supply air and the return air so as not to diminish the technical<br />
performance of the AHU, even at the lowest speeds.<br />
