Exploring Canada by car is easy. Driving
on the right hand side of the road may be
different, however the roads are excellent, well
sign-posted and spacious. Just remember
the centre line should be by the driver!
Choosing your Rental Car
Take into consideration the size of the vehicle
you require. If the vehicle is to be used for day
touring from a central base, then a smaller
vehicle may be adequate and easier for
parking. If doing longer travel, remember you
will have luggage to transport around as
well as the shopping, so a midsize to larger
vehicle should be considered. We suggest
you book before leaving home, as this will
save you money and ensure that you get the
vehicle of your choice.

instance that you need some assistance. You can be rest assured that in

Hertz NeverLost satellite navigation system is available at a surcharge, in
certain vehicle types at selected airport and downtown locations across the
country. The system has extensive detailed mapping, a wide easy-to-use
full-colour touch-screen that provides access to turn-by-turn directions to
points of interest including hotels and petrol stations, simply by touching
an icon. Ideal for the independent traveller as you get to see and enjoy your
surroundings instead of trying to read a map.
