Take a Tour
As independent travellers will often tell you, sometimes the process of getting from place to place,
sorting out accommodation and planning a day’s sightseeing can be both tiring and time
consuming. That’s why taking a tour can be such a great option to ensure you get the most out of
your experience. You might be thinking that you like the idea of being able to explore a new city on
your own – pick a tour that gives you that flexibility – there are plenty of options from Independent
Touring without a guide, to fully escorted. What if you like to be active on your holiday Try a walking,
cycling or even a kayaking tour – there are so many amazing places you can explore this way. Now
you’re beginning to think that maybe a tour is the right way for you to explore Canada and Alaska.
But you don’t want a tour that tries to cram too much in or perhaps the thought of travelling with
lots of other people isn’t your ideal. No problem. There are some fabulous tours that will introduce
you to lots of different places across Canada and Alaska, perfect for first-timers. There’s also an
array of tours that focus on a special region, places of significance or even a single event. Not
wanting to travel with a large group. There are some selected small coach tours that operate with
only 8 to 24 people, allowing you more time at each destination as there are less people to get on
and off the coach. Joining a tour really is a great way to see and explore new places; you have
your own expert along for the ride who will take care of all the details, and you’ll make friends
with your fellow travellers who themselves will be as diverse and interesting as the places you visit.
