P.C. to revise the Long Range Facility Plan for a fee not to exceed $2,750.

Motion to approve the list of sale items. (Attachments #5)
4. Solar Consultant Invoice
Motion to approve the April invoice for Gabel Associates (Mr. Joe Santaiti,
Technical Advisor for Solar project) in the amount of $8,500.
Note: This fee is paid through the project funds and is not paid by the Board.

2. Financial Reports: Motion to accept, certify and file the following financial
reports for April 2013 and note that sufficient funds are available to meet the
District’s financial obligations.

been over-expended.
