ON THE DAY
As well as the run, there will be plenty happening on the day to keep you entertained!
1 Professionally developed warm-up session at 11.00am (Children’s Race) and 12noon (Adult Race) with celebrity
personal trainer, Stuart Amory. Watch out for Club mascot Gunnersaurus who will be taking part in the children’s
warm up!
2 Shoot Systems Photography – grab your own taste of glory and celebrate with the Arsenal players by having your
picture taken against the special ‘green screen’ backdrop.
3 Nigel Mitchell, DJ and voice of Arsenal’s international magazine programme, Arsenal World, will be getting you into
the running mood pre-race by playing a selection of adrenaline pumping tunes and keeping you up-to-speed on
everything you need to know about race day!
4 Fancy yourself as the next Van Persie? Test your penalty-taking skills with this fun game, hosted by Arsenal in
the Community.
5 All runners will be eligible for an exclusive 10% discount on Club merchandise in the Armoury and Arsenal Highbury
House stores on race day. Simply show your race medal at the till to take advantage of this offer.
6 Enjoy one of the Club’s all-new stadium tours with a 20% discount for all race participants until 4pm on race day.
Narrated by Club legend Bob Wilson, the tour takes in all of the must-see areas of Emirates Stadium. All visitors are
given an audio-visual handset on arrival packed with additional information and featuring exclusive interviews with
manager Arsène Wenger and players including captain Robin van Persie, Theo Walcott and Jack Wilshere. Show your
race medal at the Media & Stadium Tours Entrance to receive your special discount.
7 Cheer on the Gunners! – Wind down in Royal Oak post-race with our special live screening of Arsenal’s Premier
League fixture away at Queens Park Rangers. Arsenal members can book in advance by visiting www.arsenal.com/
membership or tickets can be purchased on the day from the Drayton Park Box Office.
