A: 10 B( 6 Li, d); E( 6 Li) = 34 MeV.
B: 11 B( 6 Li, t); E( 6 Li) = 34 MeV.
C: 12 C( 6 Li, α); E( 6 Li) = 32 MeV.
a (84CL08): see for angular distributions and for discussion of analog states in 14 C.
b States below E x = 10 MeV are not displayed here.
c At θ lab =10 . Uncertainties in the differential cross sections are approximately ±20%.
Angular distributions have been measured to states below 8.7 MeV at E t =1.12 to 1.68 MeV
and at 8 MeV: see (76AJ04).
19. 12 C( 3 He, p) 14 N Q m =4.7789
Observed proton groups are displayed in Table 14.14. Angular distributions have been measured
for E( 3 He) to 25.3 MeV [see (70AJ04, 76AJ04)] and at E( 3 ⃗ He) = 33 MeV: see (86AJ01). For a
discussion of 14 N*(9.13) see (86WA13). For work at very high energies see (87AB1J). See also
(86SC1G, 90TO10; applied).
20. 12 C(α, d) 14 N Q m = −13.57434
Angular distributions of deuterons have been studied corresponding to the T =0states 14 N*(0,
3.95, 4.92, 5.11, 5.69, 5.83, 7.97, 8.49, 8.96, 9.13, 9.39, 10.81) [E α =34.5, 42, 55 MeV; not all states
at all energies]. At the higher energies the deuteron spectrum is dominated by very strong groups
corresponding to the (d 5/2 ) 2 , J π =5 + state at 8.96 MeV, and to a state at 15.1 ± 0.1 MeV: see
Table 14.19 in (76AJ04), and (81AJ01, 86AJ01). At E α = 50 MeV the angular distributions of the
singlet deuterons exciting the T =1states 14 N*(2.31, 8.91[u]) have been studied by (86SA06): a
state at 12.6 ± 0.3 MeV is also populated. See also (89GA1H, 89SH1G).
21. 12 C( 6 Li, α) 14 N Q m =8.7974
At E( 6 Li) = 20 MeV [see Table 14.19 in (76AJ04)] and 32 MeV [see Table 14.15 here] many
of the α-groups corresponding to T =0stateswithE x < 17.2 MeV are observed. The 5 + state,
14 N*(9.0), is strongly populated: see (70AJ04). Angular distributions have been measured at
E( 6 Li)=2to33MeV:see(81AJ01, 86AJ01). Inclusive α-particle spectra have been studied at
E( 6 Li) = 156 MeV (89JE01). See also 18 Fin(87AJ02), (87PA12) and(86HA1E; theor.).
22. 12 C( 9 Be, 7 Li) 14 N Q m = −6.4227
See (88GO1H).
