The elastic scattering has been studied for E p =0.<strong>14</strong> MeV to 1 GeV: see (81AJ01) and 13 C<br />

here. For observed resonances see Table <strong>14</strong>.16. A y measurements have been reported at E ⃗p = 200<br />

and 547 MeV [see (86AJ01)], at 35 MeV (86OH03; p 0→3 ), at 71.8 MeV (89VO05, 90VO02; p 0 ;and<br />

measurements <strong>of</strong> depolarization parameter, D), at 119 MeV (88CO05; p 0 → p 4 and p to 13 C*(7.55,<br />

8.86, 9.5, 9.9)) and at 500 MeV (90HO06; p 0 ; A y and rotation parameters). See (90HO1L; prelim.)<br />

for measurements at E p = 497.5 MeVon 13 ⃗ C. The 0 + − 0 − doublet at E x ≈ 8.7 MeV has been<br />

studied by (84AD04, 86AD01, 86SW1A, 87ZEZZ, 88ZE1B). For pion production see (88HU06). See<br />

Observed resonances are displayed in Table <strong>14</strong>.17. Polarization measurements are reported at<br />

E ⃗p =35MeV(86OH03; A y ;n 0 ,n 1 ,n 2+3 ) and 160 MeV (84TA07, 87RA15; A y ; D NN (0 ◦ ); n 0 ,<br />

n 2+3 ,andnto 13 N*(15.1)[u]). Forward-angle cross sections have been measured at E p = 318 and<br />

800 MeV (86KI12) and at 492 and 590 MeV (89RA09). Cross sections for 13 N production have<br />

been studied for E p =5.2 to30.6MeVby(89WA16).Fortheearlierworksee(86AJ01). See also<br />

A y measurements have been reported at E ⃗p =13.6 to 530 MeV [see (86AJ01)] and at 119 MeV<br />

(87LE24; to 12 C*(0, 4.4, 7.7, 9.6, 12.7, <strong>14</strong>.1, 15.1, 16.1, 16.6, 17.8, 18.1, 18.8, 19.9, 20.3, 20.6)). For<br />

a measurement <strong>of</strong> the tensor polarization <strong>of</strong> 12 C*(15.1) at E p =41.3 MeVsee(87CA20). For other<br />
