ZnO Legislation<br />
Under new EU legislation Zinc Oxide has been<br />
classified as Dangerous to Environment<br />
(N: R50/53 - Very toxic to aquatic organisms,<br />
may cause long-term adverse effects in the<br />
aquatic environment).<br />
This new legislation means that labels bearing<br />
an environmental warning are now required on<br />
products with a zinc oxide content of 25% and<br />
above.
