Examination & Certification 課 程 考 試 及 證 書頟
Course attendees will be given examinations at the end of each course. Attendees whose scores are within 70-90% will be
awarded a “Certificate of Accomplishment”, while those with scores of 98% or higher will awarded a “Certificate of
Distinction”. However, attendees who leave early, or miss more than 4 hours of class will not be awarded any certificate. The
awards of certificate in office hours training courses and non-office hours training courses are equivalent.
學 員鞬 於 課 程 末 段 須 接 受 考 試 , 學 員鞬 如 考 獲 七 十 分 至 九 十 七 分 以 內 均 可 獲 發 一 般 證 書頟 , 而 考 獲 九 十 八 分 或 以 上 更 可 獲 授 優
等 證 書頟 ; 然 而 , 如 學 員鞬 於 課 堂 期 間 早 退 或 缺 席韥 時頗 間 多 於 四 小 時頗 , 將 不 獲 發 任 何 證 書頟 。 辦 公 時頗 間 課 程 所 頒 授 的 證 書頟 均 等 同
於 非 辦 公 時頗 間 的 公 開 課 程 證 書頟 。

It is advisable to enroll well in advance, as places are limited, there is no reservation service.
By Mail:
Please make your crossed cheque payable to "Abacus Distribution Systems (Hong Kong) Ltd ", send together with the
application form to our office (see below) and attention to Miss Carol Chang, Training Department. Remember to write your
name and telephone number on the back of your cheque. Please do not send cash by mail.
In Person:
You can make your payment by a crossed cheque or cash with the application form at the following office address.

A confirmation from Abacus will be send to each participant seven days before the course you have registered after payment
is received. If you have been placed on a waitlist for a course, you will be notified by Abacus of this status and be contacted
two working days prior to the course commencement should a space become available.
當 收 取 學 費 後 , 課 程 申 請 正 式 作 實 。 申 請 者 將 於 開 課 前 七 日 內 收 到 由 Abacus 給 予 的 確 認 信 。 如 申 請 被 置 於 等 候鞅 名 單
內 ,Abacus 將 另 行 通 知 ; 若 課 程 最 終 可 容韕 納 該 項 申 請 , 本 公 司 將 於 在 開 課 前 兩 個鞄 工 作 天 前 聯 絡 。

Abacus Distribution Systems (Hong Kong) LTD reserves the right to make alternations to the time and contents of the courses
offered. Applicants will be notified of such changes.
Upon hoisting of typhoon signal No. 8 or above or Rainstorm Black warning signal, all training sessions in the morning will be
cancelled and re-arrange. If the Rainstorm Black warning is lowered before 12:00 noon, all training sessions in the afternoon
will resume at 14:00 p.m..
