NYSCA Coaches Training<br />
This is not sport specific-coaches <strong>of</strong> all sports are encouraged to<br />
attend. Initial Level Membership: Introduction to coaching youth<br />
sports program: To become a member, coaches participate in an<br />
NYSCA interactive video training clinic, successfully complete an<br />
exam and sign a pledge committing them to uphold the NYSCA Code<br />
<strong>of</strong> Ethics.<br />
Volunteer coaches who are interested in becoming initial members<br />
start by taking a 3 hour training course called a "Clinic". Please call<br />
the <strong>of</strong>fice to register for this program at (860) 537-7297. For additional<br />

Women's Pick Up Basketball<br />
Ages: 16 yrs & Older<br />
Like competition, but without the commitment <strong>of</strong> a league Pick-up<br />
Basketball is the thing for you. Enjoy playing against people <strong>of</strong> all skill<br />
levels. Bring friends and make friends while you're at it as well. This<br />
year we are <strong>of</strong>fering several payment options to make playing easier for<br />
you.<br />
Option A: Pay for the entire year at last years price $40. This option<br />
makes sure you don't have to worry about coming back in to re-register<br />
for the second session<br />
Option B: Pay for one session at $25 per session. Know you're going to<br />
be busy during one half <strong>of</strong> the year but not the other, than this is the<br />
option for you.<br />
Option C: Pay at the door for only $3. This is good for those<br />
individuals who can just make it once or twice during the year. No participants<br />
will be allowed to play if they are not registered without paying<br />
the $3 door charge.<br />

This class is great for all levels <strong>of</strong> yoga practice! Learn pranayama<br />
(breathing practice) along with yoga postures to improve your<br />
strength, flexibility and relaxation. Beginners are welcome as modifications<br />
will be given and alignment <strong>of</strong> posture will be emphasized.<br />
Take some time from your busy week to release tension and stress!<br />
(Wear loose clothing and bring a yoga mat and a towel)<br />
