Gentle Exercise is good at any age, and NYCH provides many opportunities to<br />
improve fitness, while making important social connections. The Vietnamese Tai<br />
Chi group meets at the Collingwood Centre, the Walking Group meets at Carlton<br />
(and another walking group meets at Collingwood) while the Gentle Exercise to<br />
