In February, average hourly earnings <strong>of</strong> production and nonsupervisory<br />
workers on private nonfarm payrolls rose by 3 cents, or 0.2 percent, seasonally<br />
adjusted. Over the past 12 months, average hourly earnings increased<br />
by 3.6 percent, and average weekly earnings rose by 2.1 percent.<br />
