1 Cleaning by sweeping of circulating area (Main
Entrance gate)up to Running room to Parcel office and
entire goods office area. The contractor will ensure that
area remain neat & tidy condition round the clock,
Cleaning of all open, covered & underground drains in
circulating area daily for removal of floating debris to
ensure free flow of water and desalting twice in month.
b) Lavatory (urination for male) proposed to build
shortly.

2 Cleaning and sweeping of offices i.e. SS office. S.Moffice,
Retiring room, Waiting room, Dy SS office, TI Office,
CMI office, Parcel office, CTI office, CMS, Booking
office, Enquiry office, Reservation office, TICKET
GHAR, main entrance, Waiting Hall, Installed water
coolers, washbasin attached to this office shall also be
cleaned using cleaning materials
disinfectants/deodorants. Cleaning work shall include
removal of daily garbage from bins, cleaning of dirt from
walls, windows, window sills, cleaning of window
panes, glasses removal of cobwebs etc. Frequency of
cleaning shall be twice a day. One person shall be
available from 0600 to 22.00 hrs.

3 Weekly cleaning of all sewer lines and manholes of
station building to keep these clean and smoothly
flowing all the times. The contractor shall arrange to
remove any blockage of sewerage system immediately.

A) Washing of main entrance TICKET GHAR and
Waiting room once in a day. Dado on platform and main
entrance shall be kept free of all stairs from L No 1 to 4
using environment friendly/biodegradable cleaning/
stains removing agents. In The process of
cleaning/washing. Contactor shall ensure that there is
