written authorization issued by the client’s representative
Izvod iz zvaničnog javnog registra, za osnivače pravnog lica sa udelom od
25% ili većim, osnivače tih osnivača sa udelom 25% ili većim i tako redom
sve dok se ne dođe do:
fizičkog lica
lica čije su izdate hartije od vrednosti uključene na renomiranu
berzu
osnivača koji ima udeo manji od 25%
Ukoliko zvanični javni registar ne sadrži sve podatke o stvarnom vlasniku,
potrebno je priložiti original ili overenu kopiju isprave iI druge poslovne
dokumentacije koja sadrži te podatke
Pismena Izjava zastupnika, prokuriste ili punomoćnika za nedostajuće
podatke koje iz objektivnih razloga nije moguće utvrditi (nisu sadržani,
navedeni u originalu ili overenoj kopiji dokumentacije iz zvaničnog javnog
registra - mesto rođenja, prebivalište ili boravište)
Ukoliko se podaci pribavljaju iz pismene izjave zastupnika, prokuriste ili
punomoćnika klijenta, takvu izjavu mora potpisati zastupnik, prokurista ili
punomoćnik samog klijenta, a ne njegovog vlasnika.

Excerpt from the public register, for the founders of the legal entity with 25% of
equity, or more, founders of the respective founders with a 25% of equity, or
more, and so on until it comes to:

If the public register does not include all data on the beneficial owner, it is
required to submit the original or certified copy of the document or other
business documentation which includes such data
Written Statement of the representative, proxy or authorized person for the
missing data which cannot be determined for objective reasons (not included,
mentioned in the original or in the certified copy of the documentation from the
public register – place of birth, temporary or permanent residence)
If data are to be obtained from the written statement of the representative, proxy
or procurator of the client, the statement is to be signed by the representative,
proxy or procurator of the client itself, and not its owner.

Dokaz o identitetu fizičkih lica - Važeća isprava sa fotografijom (pasoš,
lična karta i dr.) izdata od strane nadležnog državnog organa za:
Ovlašećno lice za zastupanje koje uspostavlja poslovni odnos
Punomoćnika ili prokuristu koji u ime i za računu pravnog lica
uspostavlja poslovni odnos uz obavezu dostavljanja fotokopije
isprave za ovlašćeno lice za zastupanje – davaoca ovlašćenja
Lica ovlašćena za raspolaganje sredstvima sa računa (lica
navedena na Kartonu deponovanih potpisa)
Stvarnog vlasnik pravnog lica:
fizičko lice koje je posredno ili neposredno imalac 25% ili više
poslovnog udela, akcija, prava glasa ili drugih prava na osnovu
kojih učestvuje u upravljanju pravnim licem, odnosno učestvuje
u kapitalu pravnog lica sa 25% ili više udela ili ima dominantan
položaj u upravljanju imovinom pravnog lica;
fizičko lice koje privrednom društvu posredno obezbedi ili
obezbeđuje sredstva i po tom osnovu ima pravo da bitno utiče
na donošenje odluka organa upravljanja privrednim društvom
prilikom odlučivanja o finansiranju i poslovanju
Stvarni vlasnik lica stranog prava:
fizičko lice koje je neposredni ili posredni korisnik 25% ili više
imovine koja je predmet upravljanja, pod uslovom da su budući
korisnici određeni;

o natural person who owns, directly or indirectly, 25% or more
of the business share, shares, voting right or other rights,
based on which they participate in the management of the
legal person, or who participates in the capital of the legal
person with 25% or more of the share, or has a dominant
position in managing the assets of the legal person;
o natural person who has provided or provides funds to a
company in an indirect manner, which entitles him to
influence significantly the decisions made by the managing
bodies of the company concerning its financing and
business operations.
Beneficial owner of a person under foreign law:
o a natural person using, indirectly or directly, more than 25%
of the assets that are the subject matter of management,
provided that the future users have been
designated;
o a natural person or group of persons for the furtherance of
whose interests a person under foreign law is established
or operates, provided that such natural personor group of

mesto rodjenja i prebivalište ili boravište vlasnika stanova ili

Za utvrđivanje stvarnog vlasnika, odnosno osnivača udruženja moraju se
pribaviti podaci: ime i prezime, datum i mesto rodjenja i prebivalište ili
boravište. Nedostajuće podatke koje iz objektivnih razloga nije moguće
pribaviti pribavljaju se iz pismene izjave zastupnika. /
To identify the beneficial owner i.e. founder of the association the following is to
be obtained: name and surname, date and place of birth, temporary and
permanent residence. Missing data which cannot be determined for objective
reasons are to be obtained from the Representative’s Written statement.

Strana javna isprava treba da je overena i to u zavisnosti iz koje države potiče:/ Foreign public
document is to be certified depending of the origin country:
Ukoliko potiče iz države sa kojom Republika Srbija ima zaključen bilateralni ugovor kojim je
predviđeno oslobađanje od obavezne legalizacije javnih isprava dovoljno je da strana javna
isprava sadrži službeni pečat i potpis ovlašćenog lica te države (javnog beležnika, državnog
organa i sl. )/ if it originated from the country with which the Republic of Serbia has concluded
the bilateral Agreement which foresees the exemption from legalization of public statements, it
is sufficient if the foreign document has the official seal and signature of the authorize person
of the respective state (a public notary, state body and the like)
Ukoliko država nema sa Republikom Srbijom zaključen bilateralni ugovor sa kojim je
predviđeno oslobađanje od obaveze lekalizacije javnih isprava, a potpisnica je Haške
konvencije o ukidanju potrebe legalizacije javnih isprava (tzv. Apostille Konvencija) – u tom
slučaju javna isprava, pored službenog pečata i potpisa ovlašćenog lica te države (notara ili
državnog organa) treba da bude snabdevena i pečatom Apostille; / If the respective country
has not signed the bilateral agreement with the Republic of Serbia which foresees the
exemption from the legation of foreign documents, and it the signatory of the Hague
Convention abolishing the requirement of legalization of foreign public documents (so called
Apostille Convention) – in that case the public document, besides the official seal and
signature of the authorized person of the country (a notary or state body) should include the
apostil;
Ukoliko država nema sa Republikom Srbijom zaključen ni bilateralni ugovor niti ta država
potpisnica tzv. Apostille konvencije, u tom slučaju je neophodna tzv. puna legalizacija javne
isprave – potrebno je da ispravno bude overena od strane Ministarstva spoljnih poslova te
države i od strane Diplomatsko konzularnog predstavništva Republike Srbije u toj zemlji,

signed the bilateral agreement with the Republic of Serbia and has not signed the co called
Apostille Convention, in that case the ‘full legalization’ of the public document is requested – it

the Diplomatic - Consular Offices of the Republic of Serbia in that country, i.e. by the RS
Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
