Associate in Arts in Liberal Studies with a Focus in History<br />
The associate in arts degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in History is designed to provide a foundation<br />
of study that prepares students to transfer to four-year colleges and universities. The curriculum is built on<br />
general education classes, supplemented with history courses, other social sciences, and introductory foreign<br />
language study. This focus is excellent preparation for a major in history at the baccalaureate level which could<br />
lead to careers in law, teaching, government, public relations, museum work and many other areas.<br />
