Holi Festival @ Leicester<br />

Celebrate the festival of colour this February at Spinney<br />

Hill Park, between 4pm and 8pm, and Cossington<br />

Street Recreation Ground, between 5pm and 9pm, and<br />

mark the coming of spring. The Holi Festival is a time of<br />

renewal, rebirth, hope and victory of good over evil where<br />

bonfires are lit in celebration and traditional games of<br />

smearing each other with coloured dyes are played.<br />
