Holi Festival @ Leicester
Celebrate the festival of colour this February at Spinney
Hill Park, between 4pm and 8pm, and Cossington
Street Recreation Ground, between 5pm and 9pm, and
mark the coming of spring. The Holi Festival is a time of
renewal, rebirth, hope and victory of good over evil where
bonfires are lit in celebration and traditional games of
smearing each other with coloured dyes are played.
